Company overview

Page Steady builds, hosts and maintains websites for public agencies and businesses. One accountable contact, from the first call through launch and every update after it. U.S.-based, serving agencies nationwide.

Core capabilities

  • Website redesign and build: fast, mobile-first sites for residents, covering meeting agendas, public notices and department pages.
  • Accessibility: remediation and testing, using WCAG 2.2 AA as the reference standard. That standard includes the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria the ADA Title II rule requires.
  • Hosting and maintenance: Cloudflare's global network, automatic TLS, weekly dependency audits, and content edits on request.
  • Search visibility: technical SEO and local search, so residents find the right page.
  • Digital outreach: Google and Meta campaigns for public announcements, tourism and events.

Differentiators

  • One accountable contact, from the first call through launch and every update after it.
  • A fixed-price build and a predictable annual plan, invoiced once per fiscal year.
  • The agency owns its content, data and domain, and gets a perpetual license to its site's source code.
  • Fixes to our shared platform reach every site we manage.
  • Results are measured and dated, never estimated.
