1. Compliance with Laws; Prohibited Content

Global Legal Compliance

Export Controls and Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations, including:

  • U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
  • U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
  • EU Export Control Laws
  • Economic sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the European Union

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or region subject to U.S. or EU trade sanctions or embargoes.

2. High-Risk Use

Our Services are not designed for use in high-risk environments where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or severe property or environmental damage, such as:

  • Medical Life-Support Systems
  • Aircraft Navigation or Communication Systems
  • Nuclear Facilities

You agree not to use our Services in such environments.

3. Spam and Email Use

Actions Upon Violation

If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may take actions including:

  • Immediate Suspension or Termination of Services
  • Removal of Prohibited Content
  • Legal Proceedings

We will attempt to notify you of any such actions, unless prohibited by law.
