• Am I eligible for this offer?

  This offer is availanle to any individuals or businesses with WordPress sites currently hosted at WP Engine. Each site must have been active on WP Engine for at least two months prior the switch to Page Steady to be eligible for the incentive. The domain must resolve to Page Steady after the migration to our servers.

• How long will this process take?

  Our hosting buyout program operates 7AM – 8PM, EST. If your request is submitted outside of these hours, we’ll begin processing it once business hours resume. Once we have all the necessary information, we’ll quickly get everything set up for you.

   

• What details do I need to provide?

  To process your contract buyout and offer free hosting, we’ll need:

  1. The name of your current host
  2. The remaining time on your prepaid contract
  3. The most recent invoice from your current host
  4. Any signed agreements with your current host
  5. The Page Steady plan you’d like to switch to

• How do you calculate my buyout credit?

  We calculate the value of your existing contract based on the remaining time and divide it by the monthly cost of your new Page Steady plan. The equivalent value of your current contract is applied toward your new hosting, and you’ll enjoy month-to-month hosting at no cost until the value of your previous contract is fully credited.

• What if I’m not on an annual contract?

  Absolutely! If you’re on a month-to-month plan with your current host, we’ll offer you a special deal to move over. Just complete the form, and our team will assist you with the transition.

• Are there any technical limitations?

  Yes. Page Steady does not support insecure versions of PHP. If your site is currently running PHP 7.4, you’ll need to update it to PHP 8.1 before we can migrate your site. We can assist with this.

• What if I’m not in the U.S.?

  No worries! We apply an approximate equivalent in USD for international currencies to make the transition seamless for global clients
